Water Resource Studies

Governments are continuing to expand legislation dealing with how to protect precious water resources.  Both surface water (lakes, ponds, rivers and creeks) and ground water (wells) are now strictly controlled to avoid damage to these resources.

Groundwater Studies and Groundwater Management Plans

A&A has a long history of performing local and regional groundwater studies for municipalities and private industry.  With its licensed well technician and drilling equipment, A&A can install the groundwater monitoring wells that are needed to complete these types of studies.  Consulting chemists and hydrogeologists on staff can provide expert knowledge to interpret the findings of the water analysis programs and to prepare annual reports for submission to the MOE.

Surface Water Studies

These include stream flow studies, water budgets, dilution factors, water analyses, etc., to establish the impact of proposed developments on surface water resources.

Licensed Well Installer

A&A is registered with the Province of Ontario as a “Well Contractor” under Regulation 903/04 with a “Licensed Well Technician” on staff.
